Very Good
Very close to central station and could walk to hotel from there. They had a fairly new bathroom and the ruin was quite spacious.
The room was extremely hot and it was only autumn. The bathroom was very small.

The picture of the room when booking was different to what I based my booking on
For one person the room size was adequate.
The bathroom was small
Asked for a mug to drink out of as cups were so small,in the whole building they didn't even have one
The weather was hot There was no air conditioning to sleep with the window and fan on constantly open ..traffic noise
Rooms only serviced every 2 days and the bed linen was not changed in the 6 days I stayed.
Despite the constructive comments I did enjoy my stay,as the location was excellent walking distance to everything

Great location in Munich! Lots of things around and very good connection!
In the summer or when temperatures are higher the room gets warm, it was good there was a small fan, but consider to leave curtains closed to avoid even higher temperatures inside the room

overall a good and tidy place to stay. the location is so near the rail terminal this makes it really easy to get around
we were lucky we had a back room facing a garden' but if you had a front room the street noise wouldnt be good with the windows open (no aircon)

We could of been supplied a room with a kitchenette like we paid for. We had to eat out which wasn't ideal.
The bathroom basin plug kept getting stuck down so we had to use the shower for everything.
Year 2025 you would't think a shower curtain was acceptable.
The refrigerator had no settings and only just kept items below room temperature.
The pictures didn't at all match the room we were supplied.

I loved the room and separated beds as I was traveling with my son. The bathroom was immaculate!
There was no A/C, so after one night with only one fan, we had to ask the front desk for another fan in order to sleep.

The location of the hotel was great for our needs. The parking garage was across the street. Staff member were all great. The restaurant onsite had really good breakfast options and then later in the day lunch and dinner options.
Check-in took awhile because of some confusion by the Front Desk Clerk about our reservations. The Double Room we had did not have AC or a fan so it was hot.

The location of the hotel was great for our needs. The parking garage was across the street. Staff members were all great and they were able to get our 3 Maisonette Junior Suites next to each other. The restaurant onsite had good breakfast options and then later in the day lunch and dinner options.
Check-in took awhile as there was some confusion by the Front Desk Clerk about our reservations. We had 3 Maisonette Junior Suites, but because the AC unit in the room was below the upper loft area, the loft area was always hot. The Double Room we had did not have an AC unit or a fan.

Ideally situated for the central Railway station. It's a five minute walk away which suited my needs perfectly. You can get the s-bahn into the city from the station or else it's a pleasant 1200m walk. It was pretty good value too and there's a Lidl nearby. The staff were very nice and helpful. The room was fine and my bed was large and comfy and I had an efficient fan
The location itself is a bit run down, very much "by the station" as opposed to "in the city". but that's why it's convenient if you're travelling around by train I guess :-). AC would have been nice

Room was too hot to sleep comfortably, a combination of no A/C and the fridge emitting lots of hot air.
