The location was fabulous and the staff was awesome
It was hot. No AC, i wasnt used to that, but the staff gave us an extra fan and that helped a lot

Good location, close to Munich Hauptbahnhof (Central Station). Good breakfast.
No Air Conditioning and street noise made it loud, with the window open.

The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was nice. Clean rooms and great location near the main train station and supermarket.
You had to pay extra for kitchen utensils.

Had a balcony. Had a kitchenette. Room itself was just OK. Close to nice grocery store.
Location about 20 min walk from old town centre, so not too bad but area was borderline sketchy; did not like walking in dark. Hallways looked dingy and dirty. Laundry facilities very difficult to figure out. Seemed like half of hotel had permanent residents, so that was a turn off.

This property was in a great location and the room was super spacious.
There was no aircon and the room was very hot even when sleeping with the door wide open. The pillows were uncomfortable and the cleaners just took away our doona at one point. The bathroom design is pretty silly as well, the shower easily overflows and theres no drain on the bathroom floor. We also ran out of toilet paper twice. We spent nearly $200 EUR per night and just expected a bit better as we have been staying in very dodgy places over Europe that were better than here.

The location was conveniently close to the main train station which gave us easy access to key attractions and landmarks. The room was relatively quiet and comfortable. We were also pleased to learn there was a washing machine and dryer on site that we could use to do our laundry for a small fee. The related restaurant Rustico was quite nice and we ate there several times.
We booked a room with a kitchenette so we could cook some of our own meals. When we checked in and went to our room, it didn't have a kitchen at all. We asked about this at reception and they were luckily able to change us to a room with a kitchenette, however we had to pay an extra 5 per day for utensils which we weren't particularly happy about given this was not communicated earlier. Apparently they had changed their policy recently that you now have to specifically request a room with a kitchen, however we were not advised of this when we booked. Generally the room was quite tired and run down, but mostly functional.

Decent location. The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating.
The road outside was very loud. The people going to and from bars late were quite loud as well. But nothing some earplugs couldnt handle. The Wi-Fi wasnt very good. I usually had to rely on my phone service.
