Honestly everything was great a little warm in the hotel room but can be fixed with opening the window a touch

Very Poor
I liked leaving a day early and finding a suitable room for me and my girlfriend. I liked how the new hotel (hotel Germania was 10 times better and half the price.
Being charged like over a thousand dollars for two nights when I only stayed one.i didn't like the rude dishonest front desk lady . And the room was NOT the larger one that I secured the months earlyer.

I went down for juice cuz the "hotel" is too gross to even have a mini bar in the room. And I heard a woman, basically attacking a customer because she somehow didn't believe that he was supposed to be eating the buffet there ?. But it totally makes sense to me that people would be treated like that. (I left one night early and sacrificed over 500 bucks isd, because they were runs , dishonest and unclean.
I prepaid, like 10 months with PayPal on this room. When I got there ,they told me that I had to pay double occur for the second night. (Because it was October, this was an ADDITIONAL 200 euros and change ? then we walked into a room that was 40 percent hxsbchdcs

Poor
The staff upfront is very helpful and nice.
Dirty. Dirty wall, dirty toilet, bathroom and shower have mold all over it and spider webs everywhere in the room. I have no idea how this hotel has gotten so many good reviews. Would never recommend this place and won’t return for sure.

Wonderful
Close to the train station and public transportation! It is in walking distance of the Oktoberfest grounds!
We thought we had booked the VI Vadi closer to the train station. Due to the station being redone the hotel was a little hard to find the first time.

Wonderful
I stayed at this hotel twice during the same trip and booked four different rooms in total. All of them were well furnished, in excellent condition, and exceptionally clean. The staff were consistently friendly and professional.
The location is very convenient if you need easy access to the railway station and public transport. However, the surrounding area is quite crowded and noticeably dirtier than many other parts of Munich.
Thank you for your information!
