Reasonably priced, conveniently close to train station, OK walk to old town/city centre, clean, convenient. The room was airy and had lots of light, nice design.
I missed having a kettle/opportunity to make coffee or tea in the room. There is a vending machine but no hot drinks.

I had a great stay at Bayer 89 Vi Vadi Hotel in Munich. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, which made the stay comfortable from the moment I arrived. The bed was very comfortable, and the pillows were soft, allowing for a great night’s sleep. The location is convenient—about a 10-minute walk from Munich main station and just a 1-minute walk to the nearest tram stop, making it easy to get around the city. It’s also within a pleasant 15–20 minute walk to the old town. One of the standout features was the shower—the water pressure was honestly the best I’ve ever experienced in a hotel, which was a nice surprise after a long day of exploring. The area felt very safe, even at night, and the check-in process was quick and efficient. Overall, a solid choice for anyone visiting Munich, especially if you value cleanliness, convenience, and comfort.

Great location. Good staff.
Very hard beds. Very noisy during the night. Loud voices in alley, loudly moving garbage bins around 4 AM, loud garbage truck pickup and dumping of 7+ garbage bins at 5 AM. Hard to sleep as I was consistently being awakened by noise.

The breakfast was pretty reach. The staff was incredible nice, and since our flight back was early morning and we had to leave before breakfast- the made us breakfast to go which was very helpful. Thanks a lot for a pleasant stay!
One only thing that was bothered is the extra bed- it wasn't comfortable at all, there is no support for the low back.

We booked a room with double beds and were told when we arrived they didn’t have any availability. We chose this location specifically for its proximity to Oktoberfest and instead they moved us to another of their hotels a mile away.

Breakfast was great, location was great. While it wasn’t hot out, our room got very hot and we couldn’t turn the AC on and if we opened the windows it was blaring loud or tons of cigarette smoke coming up from the street
