Reasonably priced, conveniently close to train station, OK walk to old town/city centre, clean, convenient. The room was airy and had lots of light, nice design.
I missed having a kettle/opportunity to make coffee or tea in the room. There is a vending machine but no hot drinks.

I had a great stay at Bayer 89 Vi Vadi Hotel in Munich. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, which made the stay comfortable from the moment I arrived. The bed was very comfortable, and the pillows were soft, allowing for a great night’s sleep.
The location is convenient—about a 10-minute walk from Munich main station and just a 1-minute walk to the nearest tram stop, making it easy to get around the city. It’s also within a pleasant 15–20 minute walk to the old town.
One of the standout features was the shower—the water pressure was honestly the best I’ve ever experienced in a hotel, which was a nice surprise after a long day of exploring. The area felt very safe, even at night, and the check-in process was quick and efficient.
Overall, a solid choice for anyone visiting Munich, especially if you value cleanliness, convenience, and comfort.
Maybe the pillows. But very personal.
No supermarket really close by. Need about 10 mins walk to find one.

Great location. Good staff.
Very hard beds. Very noisy during the night. Loud voices in alley, loudly moving garbage bins around 4 AM, loud garbage truck pickup and dumping of 7+ garbage bins at 5 AM. Hard to sleep as I was consistently being awakened by noise.
