The property was very modern and clean. The room had a nice small couch and a desk. The shower had good pressure. It was a five minute walk to the central train station.

Everything was good, location cleanliness..
Get there before 8:00 pm, otherwise it turns into a B&B entrance, mine took about 1 hour.

Great location near the Central Station and Augustiner Keller a ten minute walk. Staff really helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great.
Pillows were a bit flat but otherwise beds were comfortable.

Location
The reception was only managed from 9.30am. Most guests have left for the day before then and if there is a problem, they want to see someone first thing in the morning. I dont want to phone a telephone number, I want a person present in reception. Our room was too warm, the aircon would not go below 20 degrees.We had to open the windows and that let all the noise in, Also, the fuse box in the room made a noise all night. I buzzing sound.

Location, near to the Central Train Station, near to the Central Bus Station, near to the Old Town, was clean, confortable, staff was very friendly and helpful, I highly recommend

The breakfast was pretty reach. The staff was incredible nice, and since our flight back was early morning and we had to leave before breakfast- the made us breakfast to go which was very helpful. Thanks a lot for a pleasant stay!
One only thing that was bothered is the extra bed- it wasn't comfortable at all, there is no support for the low back.

The hotel is the perfect choice for accommodation in Munich
The location is grea there is tram station just outside the hotel
The accommodation was perfect we can't ask for more
Very clean,very warm and the breakfast with many many choices
We also had dinner twice at the Italian restaurant at the ground floor which was amazing with big portions and very tastefully
And at the end the staff
All of them was so kind and available to help with everything was asked especially the receptionists
We enjoyed our accommodation over there and for sure will stay there whenever we go to Munich
