Amazing hotel with kind staff and delicious breakfast options. The room was cozy and comfortable. Very accessible to tram, train and buses that take you to the city centre.

The location is good
It’s so noisy from the tram, impossible to get a good night sleep. Cleaner doesn’t even knock before entering the room. One of the reception staff is super unhelpful. I just wanted to know how to purchase a ticket on the tram that is right outside the hotel. She told me to go to the central station and said all the info I need was there.

This is a great hotel in a very convenient location.
Our room was spacious and quiet, the breakfast excellent and all staff were very welcoming and friendly.

Nice hotel with everything needed. 24 hours reception and adequate personal caring stuff in bathroom like body cream and cotton pad. Very good bathroom setting arrangement with generous space inside as well. Super clean and comfortable bed and a big glass window for enjoying the light and air. About 10 minutes walk from the main train station along a main road with good convenience.

We had to move hotel when we arrived at the bayer 89 we were told there was no room and were told we had to take a taxi to the la mansion there sister hotel in a different location of munich , customer service at the bayer 89 was very poor.
we were expected to pay for taxi between hotels , the La Mansion were not informed we were arriving and said they had no rooms available , after refusing to leave a room was given. the stay at the La mansion was then OK. we have received no compensation except the La Mansion paid for our taxi from Bayer 89 and back to Bayer when we leaving to return home

Great location, 15mins walking distance from the center. Parking garage available nearby. Staff was super welcoming and helpful. Rooms were good, breakfast was suitable
The front street can be a bit noisy, especially since the metro station is right in front of the hotel
