Wonderful
The hotel is situated in a relatively quiet part of the city, with the main railway station and underground stations only short walks away. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was a reasonable size, very clean and in good condition. The buffet breakfast was excellent - lots of choice to suit all tastes.
The pillows were too soft for our liking. Other than that, noting else to report.

We had 3 twin beds which was hard to find. The location near main train station worked well for us.
We were not able to eat breakfast the last morning as it opened at 6:30 and we left at 6:00. We were still charged for it though. They offered a lunch to-go bag, but we didn't want lunch sandwiches at 6 AM.

Good location near train station. Friendly, efficient, multi-lingual reception staff. Good rooms and facilities.
First morning‘s breakfast as a vegan was rather sparse. Having spoken to Reception staff, they spoke to Chef and for an additional €9 cooked a good breakfast the next day, this was for a total cost of €26 though which is fairly expensive for breakfast. Pizzas great in hotel restaurant too.

Marienplatz 25 minute walk and 10-15 to the station. Room was clean with a fridge and good bathroom. And great bed - comfy and very wide. Staff were extra friendly and helpful. Stayed 3 nights - reasonable cost for Munich prices. Daily room service. Good food shops nearby.

I thought that the room was very nice and the air conditioner definitely helped on the hot days.
The vending machine prices - a water bottle costed 3.5 euros.
