The car parking was confusing. Map given to be able to find the carpark is in German so we couldn’t read it!
They give you a pass to park the car but you have to return it once you’ve parked your car but then you need to get the pass from them again to get out of the car park. Very limited parking out the front so this process was painful and if you were wanting to use your car during your stay this would not work. Thankfully we just parked our car and left it there until our check out.
Outside the car parking great place very clean, comfortable and great breakfast buffet

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were very clean, quiet and the junior suite had plenty of room. It can fit a family of 5 if the sofa bed and chair are used.

Our bedroom had a big pillar right next to the bed that you had to walk around or squeeze through. The room configuration can be changed to make more space to move around the bed with ease.
The shower door broke out of its hinge on the last day and the basin plug was also broken. (This can happen at any time and we informed the staff who would attend to it) Otherwise it was a good stay, centrally located with friendly staff. Pillows are very soft. Would have preferred a bit firmer. Bed was very comfortable. It would have been nice to have had a kettle and coffee and tea in the room

Really good location. Close to city centre but far enough away that it wasn't noisy. Everything accessible by foot from the hotel. We chose this hotel as it was close to transport links and were doing a day trip to Stuttgart. Breakfast was delicious with lots on offer (including Prosecco!) a range of hot and cold food. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Bathroom and room were a good size and everything was clean. Rooms come with shampoo, body wash, hand wash and hand cream. Our room had two large windows on 2 different walls which was really nice. The rooms were slightly warmer than we are used to however the windows did open which helped a lot. Room had a desk, mini fridge and a good amount of storage with a full length mirror. I would definitely stay again if I ever return to Munich

Location is 5 minutes walk to the train station
Overpriced place, lazy staff with bad attitude, breakfast is satisfactory but dinner menu at the in-house restaurant is priced akin a 5-star hotel for rather ordinary meals. The bathrooms are not wet-rooms and no toiletries or soap block was provided. The bed is hard and uncomfortable. No USB ports in the room making charging impossible unless you agree to purchase an adapter from the hotel for 7.50 EUR, which they offer eagerly offer for sale rather than allow guests to borrow an adapter as part of the service. Staff at reception (Marina, Malik, Vesna) are poorly trained. Tea kettle must be collected from the reception in-person. Kettles are dirty inside and I abandoned an idea of using it after seeing food bits, noodle leftovers and oil residue after boiling water for tea. When asked if they can recommend any restaurants within 10-minutes radius, the receptionist (Malik) said: "I don't know any restaurants, you know more about restaurants". The Italian waiter at the restaurant is rude and makes guests feel as if he is doing them a favour by serving. Choice of wine by glass is poor.

Nice location close to the Munich central station, Botanical garden and not far from the center.
Room was clean and available earlier than the check in time.
We received from the reception voucher for a drink at the hotel restaurant.
Restaurant staff at dinner time was impolite and with an unpleasant attitude.
