Friendly staff
Our bedroom had a big pillar right next to the bed that you had to walk around or squeeze through. The room configuration can be changed to make more space to move around the bed with ease.
The shower door broke out of its hinge on the last day and the basin plug was also broken. (This can happen at any time and we informed the staff who would attend to it) Otherwise it was a good stay, centrally located with friendly staff. Pillows are very soft. Would have preferred a bit firmer. Bed was very comfortable. It would have been nice to have had a kettle and coffee and tea in the room

Really good location. Close to city centre but far enough away that it wasn't noisy. Everything accessible by foot from the hotel. We chose this hotel as it was close to transport links and were doing a day trip to Stuttgart. Breakfast was delicious with lots on offer (including Prosecco!) a range of hot and cold food. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Bathroom and room were a good size and everything was clean. Rooms come with shampoo, body wash, hand wash and hand cream. Our room had two large windows on 2 different walls which was really nice. The rooms were slightly warmer than we are used to however the windows did open which helped a lot. Room had a desk, mini fridge and a good amount of storage with a full length mirror. I would definitely stay again if I ever return to Munich

Location is 5 minutes walk to the train station
Overpriced place, lazy staff with bad attitude, breakfast is satisfactory but dinner menu at the in-house restaurant is priced akin a 5-star hotel for rather ordinary meals. The bathrooms are not wet-rooms and no toiletries or soap block was provided. The bed is hard and uncomfortable. No USB ports in the room making charging impossible unless you agree to purchase an adapter from the hotel for 7.50 EUR, which they offer eagerly offer for sale rather than allow guests to borrow an adapter as part of the service. Staff at reception (Marina, Malik, Vesna) are poorly trained. Tea kettle must be collected from the reception in-person. Kettles are dirty inside and I abandoned an idea of using it after seeing food bits, noodle leftovers and oil residue after boiling water for tea. When asked if they can recommend any restaurants within 10-minutes radius, the receptionist (Malik) said: "I don't know any restaurants, you know more about restaurants". The Italian waiter at the restaurant is rude and makes guests feel as if he is doing them a favour by serving. Choice of wine by glass is poor.

Nice location close to the Munich central station, Botanical garden and not far from the center.
Room was clean and available earlier than the check in time.
We received from the reception voucher for a drink at the hotel restaurant.
Restaurant staff at dinner time was impolite and with an unpleasant attitude.

Fantastic location. Three blocks from the Oktoberfest grounds, a short walk to the Hauptbahnhof, right on the tram line. Despite the central location, room was very quiet. Excellent breakfast with lots of options, very friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again!
The only minor complaint is that water pressure in the shower is a little low. But don’t let that deter you, it’s still fine. We loved staying here!

Sizable dining area making breakfast comfortable without feeling tight. Hotel is right next to a sub station easy to get around.
No parking in the hotel. It is ok to use a reserved parking space in a building nearby. However, there is only limited key available so we need to return the garage key back to front desk. Kind of cumbersome to do that every time we want to drive out. In addition, the elevator don't work after 5 PM. It would be hard for people need to use elevator to get out of that parking garage.

Excellent location close to the hauptbanhof. Comfortable, easy to check-in, helpful staff and a competitive price. A great choice for a short stay in Munich.
The online check-out feature (which we thought would be handy because we had an early morning train) would not complete for us. We had to check out “in person” but the desk was open (phew!) and the staff member was efficient and quick, so the glitch in the online check-out was little more than a minor annoyance.
