Fantastic location. Three blocks from the Oktoberfest grounds, a short walk to the Hauptbahnhof, right on the tram line. Despite the central location, room was very quiet. Excellent breakfast with lots of options, very friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again!
The only minor complaint is that water pressure in the shower is a little low. But don’t let that deter you, it’s still fine. We loved staying here!

Sizable dining area making breakfast comfortable without feeling tight. Hotel is right next to a sub station easy to get around.
No parking in the hotel. It is ok to use a reserved parking space in a building nearby. However, there is only limited key available so we need to return the garage key back to front desk. Kind of cumbersome to do that every time we want to drive out. In addition, the elevator don't work after 5 PM. It would be hard for people need to use elevator to get out of that parking garage.

Excellent location close to the hauptbanhof. Comfortable, easy to check-in, helpful staff and a competitive price. A great choice for a short stay in Munich.
The online check-out feature (which we thought would be handy because we had an early morning train) would not complete for us. We had to check out “in person” but the desk was open (phew!) and the staff member was efficient and quick, so the glitch in the online check-out was little more than a minor annoyance.

Close to station and close to town. Good size room.Lovely breakfast, breakfast ladies very helpful and friendly.
Pillows very uncomfortable.

Perfect for overnight stay for a bike traveller. Bike can be safely stored overnight. Good breakfast for fuelling next day ride. Will be back.

Location is perfect, near train/metro station, the tram line passes right next to the hotel so its very easy to use public transport. Family rooms are perfect for staying with teenagers. Clean to spotless, everything looks new, breakfast- superb.

Location to center, clean and well equipped
The lady receptionist on 25.4.2025. She had a really bad attitude towards customers, interrupting and impatient, rude in responding. She either hates her job or just spoke poor English. We didn’t feel welcomed at all.
