Great breakfast. Great little Cafe/bakeey next door for a lighter breakfast. Highly recommend the Bavarian restaurant a few doors down. The hotel also has an excellent Italian restaurant. About a 15 minute walk to old town. Amazing things to do and see there. 4 days was not enough. Staff was great!!

Wonderful
The location's just 10-15 minutes walk, or 4 stops via tram (the tram stop's just outside).
A small & compact room with excellent bed (we had great sleep there). Breakfast's minimal but delicious. and they've elevator! which is great since our mom's on wheelchair
a little more variety to the breakfast spread will be better.

Good
No personnel at the reception, not with inchecken and not with checking out. Could not obtain a VAT Invoice at the reception. Inchecken went via a check-in robot which did recognize me. Needed to make some phone calls to get into the Hotel at around 22:00hrs in the late evening. Not a good service experience

I love the location. Also, the customer service is pretty good. As a English person, they can communicate with me well. The room is pretty clean and silent

The location was perfect, only 5 minutes to the main train station by foot and about 10 minutes to city center. Room is not very big, but organized very well, it has everything we expected. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
basically none. We could hear some tram track noise, if did not affect us, but for some light sleepers, it might be a problem.
