Close to the train station and public transportation! It is in walking distance of the Oktoberfest grounds!
We thought we had booked the VI Vadi closer to the train station. Due to the station being redone the hotel was a little hard to find the first time.

I stayed at this hotel twice during the same trip and booked four different rooms in total. All of them were well furnished, in excellent condition, and exceptionally clean. The staff were consistently friendly and professional.
The location is very convenient if you need easy access to the railway station and public transport. However, the surrounding area is quite crowded and noticeably dirtier than many other parts of Munich.

Less than 10 minutes walk from tarin station. It actually takes only 5min if you use the street close to platforms 6 to 11.
Nice Italian restaurant attached to the hotel.
Elevator not working (regular inspection) when I was about to leave. They sent people to take my luggage downstairs as I was on the 6th floor.

Location, location, location. That was the only thing that made our stay in this hotel good.
Hotel service was the worse. There were NO cups for hot beverages. Had to request for cups every single morning because they did not want to give more than 2 per day, even if we were staying for almost 4 day. And room cleaning was done once in 2 days, without giving us any notice beforehand. There were no signs in the room about room cleaning done only after 2 days. Staff were only in the property from 9am to 6pm. After 6pm, you are to fend for yourselves! No service or support would be offered. Even the whatsapp hotline was useless as they usually take hours to reply. If not for the location, the service would make one stay away from this hotel.

It’s not far from both train and bus central stations. It’s clean.
The room is very small. For a small size person this is a great place to stay one night for next day travel.

Excellent location — very close to the train station and public transportation. Staff happily held my luggage until my room was ready, and the bed was comfortable. Air conditioning worked great, which was a lifesaver during the heat wave.
