The location is early reachable, the gym is well equipped and the rooms spacious and quiet (courtyard facing) the bar was good
The floors of the room were dirty (dust, dust bunnies) and stained (some kind of dried liquid). The complementary water had not been replaced

The property felt safe and clean. The staff were nice. The check in was fast. The room was warm.
The bed doesnt attach to the headboard and easily slides away. The location is a bit far to walk from the old town and the area is a bit shady. The tea and coffee amenities are poor (3 tea bags for two people for two nights).

They upgraded our room, and it was very nice. Very spacious. The view from the balcony was awesome. The location was good. Close to the metro. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the welcome drink.
The only thing lacking - body lotion. LOL. I didn't bring any lotion thinking it would be supplied.

Staff was not nice at all, property is old than it looks at the pictures, rooms were not clean, the smell in the bathroom was very unpleasant. Lastly the hotel car park in the garage is tragic! Almost impossible to park your car unless you have 360 Cameras or someone who Can navigate you!

Close to the railway station.

The proximity to the train station, how quiet it was and the kindness from the staff. Easy check in and check out process.
The hallways were.confusing and odd - there is a new and an old section of the hotel, I was in the old section which was segregated. The view was an internal courtyard - nothing special but I wasn't there much. The elevators are so small and full of travelers, I just hauled my own luggage on the stairs both on arrival & departure.
