Clean modern feel, rooms were really comfortable.
The staff were amazing, always ready to help + no issue was too big, my mother had an accident which needed medical help + they were brilliant arranging an ambulance + making sure she was ok

The breakfast was great with lots of options
We specifically wanted parking for our car but when we arrived we were told that the car park was being renovated and we had to park either on the street or at another hotel nearby. We were not advised of this prior to our arrival.

Convenient, within walkable distance to city centre.
Parking was being renovated so we had to park on the street. It was super loud, with sirens, cars, and constructions everywhere even during night.

We got a free upgrade to a larger room. Without that upgrade the room might have been a bit tight to move around. We were very happy with the room and location of hotel to town & train. Property was kept up well. Very clean and comfortable. We forgot adapters and front desk was able to lend some to us for our stay.

Disappointing
On a hot day, after hours spent in delayed trains, I was offered a room with non-functioning airconditioning. I had to make several phone calls before somebody came and helped me move to another room. This is supposed to be a 4 star hotel. Rooms look definitely like in 3-star hotels. Like a former school building. Directions on the webpage would have helped to find quickly!

Location is pretty close to the train station. Staff is very helpful. Breakfast is extensive, I wouldn't get tired of it after a few days. Felt quite safe in the neighborhood. Also near the amusement park. Rooms and beds are quite spacious and well equipped. I had no issues with the A/C
I got a handicap room. It was great that they have them, but I hit my head a bunch of times and made the bathroom wet. Yea, I guess this is more of a me problem, so I didn't really rate the hotel too poorly.

The reason I booked this property is because it stated there was free parking on site but when we arrived the parking deck was closed. We had a lot of luggage and had to carry it quite the distance.
Also when we arrive we had to wait 45 minutes outside the hotel because someone pulled a fire alarm.

Location. Style. Foyer with bar. Nice room & bathroom. Staff were helpful and friendly.
The Booking.com profile said it has parking but the building work meant parking was temporarily in an adjacent hotel’s facilities. When we went there we were told we had to pay E35 a day. The staff apologised and upgraded us to a better room, but it was a pain. We chose that particular hotel because the info said it included parking.
