Easy walking distance from the main train station, 10min. The check in process was easy as we had already checked in online, so it was simple to just get our room key. We were given a voucher for a free drink at the lobby bar which was unexpected and a nice touch! The room was big enough to have two suitcases open without obstructing the walkways, had a nice view over the courtyard. The bathroom was modern, and the bed was comfortable.

The room was comfortable and clean, and the hotel was well located about 10 minutes walk from the station and 20 minutes walk into the town. The staff were very friendly and allowed us to store luggage their. Overall, I'd recommend this hotel and would be happy to visit again.

Incredibly comfy bed in an excellent and well-designed room. We had a superior courtyard facing room, but from 5th floor you had a lovely view in the background and the courtyard was also very nice. Location was close to main train station which worked well for us. Little welcoming touches were really appreciated!
Shower tray & screen was not ideal, bit slippy getting out and screen a little short. Lighting in the bathroom could've been a little better.

Altiough it was stated that the hotel had a parking lot, we weren’t notified that it was closed for renovations, so we had to park the car outside. Also, the bathroom wasn’t clean as there was hair stuck in the shower drain when I got there.

Very central to city attractions and well mainted
We booked an extra bed for the room which was not there, the night staff guy was brilliant, we received an apology and some free drink tokens, but were told the drink tokens were not sufficient for most drinks. Hotel manager could have done better with regards to reimbursement for the inconvenience.
