Clean and near the opera house.
They put us in a small double despite me being a loyal customer having stayed in the hotel for 5 years running . I have asked for a big room when I booked. Eventually after the first night the manager put us to room 57 when I have always asked for.

Location
No feather pillows, only those synthetic bouncy ones where you sweat and can't find them to support you, no ramp to pull up your luggage – you have to drag them up the stairs. Parking needs to be paid extra.

Both breakfast and location were exceptional. The beds were comfortable. The room was well cleaned, fresh, newly painted and furnishings looked new.
No counter space in the bathroom. Not enough drawer space in the room. Not enough space to open out suitcases in the room. It was necessary to leave half of my clothing still packed in the suitcase because of not enough accessible storage space.

Great location and a good value.
There was no ability to have a coffee in the morning. There was a breakfast available, but it was €23. There was coffee nearby, but it would be nice to have it on the property. Also, after the first bottle of water, you had to buy your water which I found inconvenient also.
