the location is perfect, close to the centre by walk, the room was very clean, and the staff was very nice,

Very nice, fully refurbished, small hotel. Modern bathrooms and delicious breakfast. Very central and convenient location just next to Maximilianstrasse.

I am glad I have found this pretty little gem in the center of Munich. Although it is compact and basic, it is stylish, classy and comfortable. They conveniently placed the desk under a window, so you can work using natural light. Location is excellent, within a walking distance from Marienplatz and Maximilinastrasse.
There are no facilities (in the room) to iron clothes, which would be essential to people traveling for business like me. Apparently, there is no place on the lobby in case you need to stay for 1 or 2 hours working, after the check out.

Location is excellent - right near Maximilian Strasse and new old tow. It is a very good alternative to other 5 star hotels in the area. Staff is very nice, breakfast is sufficient and the rooms are clean and have modern bathrooms

Room is smelly, view is bad, towels are old and offwhite instead of white and the springs of the bed hurt when you sit on the bed!

Location is great as we wanted a hotel close to Marien Platz
Choice of hotel was only based on location and availability but unlikely we will return as the welcoming receptionist ruined the whole idea of a good hotel. Upon arrival we waited 15mins for the only receptionist to appear (having left a note for incoming guests - “will be back in 2sec, helping a guest”. But worst part is, no apology on his appearance at reception and arrogantly serves another guest instead of us (a familiar couple of his own nationality) without even the decency of addressing us. Crap receptionist who ruined the entire experience.
