The location to old town, restaurants and shops was ideal. The room was lovely, quiet, very spacious and comfortable. Also, the staff were lovely - especially the cleaners who I had a laugh with. It was good to have a kitchenette (but no washing machine unfortunately) and a coffee machine. an iron and board was provided upon request. Our stay was excellent.
Just a couple of small things as feedback. The room looked good but there were several things that needed repairs (make up mirror, fridge door catching on draw when opened). Also breakfast was kind of average compared to other hotels we've used throughout Germany. Although I wouldn't let it stop me from staying here - I'd stay again.

It’s under renovation, dirty, drilling at 7 am, materials scattered everywhere, should not be hosting people while they are doing this jobs

The location must be good to look around the old town of Munich city. But, availability of the hotel staff, size of the room was just ok for the money, I would say.
