The room was big and clean. The location quite good.
The bed was short (I'm 176 cm tall) and my feet was outside! The cushions were not comfortable as well. The coffee machine in the room wasn't working. NO STORAGE for the luggage - we had to travel with the suitcases the whole day after the check out.

Wonderful room with all convenience
House keeping services available only once a week. I feel atleast towels could be replaced every other day. Location is good. But not close to any of the metro station. There is a bus stop close by though.

Self check in. Room was okay size for 2 people. Bed was a sofa bed but surprisingly comfy. The receptionist was accommodating and helpful when I checked out and asked if I can leave my luggage for a bit.
There was no aircon in the room.

The facility and that there was a grocery store and bakery below.
It was very hot and stuffy in the room to the point that we could not sleep despite opening the windows at night. There is no AC so we asked for a fan. The first fan was broken and the second one worked, but was not very powerful. Also, the bed was not comfortable nor the pillows. The blanket options were also hot.

Clean an modern. Great access to public transport. Great building facilities. Staff had great communication.
The bed was a sofa bed like thing that wasnt very comfortable and we werent expecting it considering the price.

The apartment itself and the building is fine and clean. Good for short stay (1-2 nights). Location ok.

I was very comfortable in my cosy apartment, and I was extremely happy with the three doors that opened to the outside for fresh air. Jule at the reception desk was most helpful upon my arrival and answered my many questions cheerfully. I appreciated the location, which was close to everything I needed.
It would have been nice to have a lighter weight alternative to the heavy duvet as the weather was quite warm.

The hotel rooms were clean and comfortable.
It is very difficult for an ordinary person to figure out how to Check in. It is very noisy in the room because of the street.

There was no AC - I didn't see a mention of this anywhere.
We only had one night there, and the message I received back was they'd be happy to bring over a fan the following day. WHAT good does that do me? We had zero fan, it was 80 degrees in the room. The shower flooded all over the bathroom as soon as we turned it on.
