Once I familiarized myself with the surroundings everything was fine. There staff was very helpful in giving me directions. The atmosphere was pleasant. I couldn't have asked for anything more.

rooms are clean and well maintained and location is convenient, next to a convenience shop, a nearby tram station.
While we understand and respect the official check-in time of 15:00, our arrival experience was unfortunately lacking in warmth and basic hospitality. We arrived earlier than check-in after a six-hour drive to Munich, traveling with small children who were tired and hungry. The receptionist that time (a big guy) who assisted us was unfriendly and unwelcoming, and we were simply told to leave our luggage and return at 3:00 p.m.
Given the freezing temperatures outside and the fact that one of our children was unwell, it would have been greatly appreciated if we had been offered the option to wait or sit in the lobby. A small gesture of empathy would have made a meaningful difference.
Additionally, during our stay, the temperatures were around -10°C and the floors in the room were extremely cold. When my husband politely asked the same staff member whether slippers were available, the response we received was: “No, this is not Hilton.” While we fully understand that this property is not a Hilton, the tone of the response was unnecessary and came across as rude. A simple and courteous explanation would have been far more appropriate.
Hospitality is not about brand comparison but about attitude and service. A more respectful and guest-focused approach from the reception staff would significantly improve the overall experience.

The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. It was very quiet. The breakfast was exceptional.
The location is a little bit far from the city center, but it is very well connected (with busses and U Bahn).

Room has WIFI issues, which was highlighted but one entire day was spent to fix the issue, later room was changed because of issue.

We were there for just one night and booked a family apartment. It turned out to be two individual rooms that are connected with a double door. Biggest advantage is: Privacy and Silence, second biggest advantage: Two bathrooms. We did not have breakfast but the restaurant area looked cosy and nice. Parking was available free of charge on the venue itself. This was a big surprise and made me happy. Public Transport is available right round the corner. Perfect for trips in Munich.
When we picked up our belongings in the afternoon the staff member that was on duty didn't care about security at all. We noticed that we have luggage stored and he simply told us to go there and pick it up ourselves. This was unexpected and I'm pretty sure very unique to this staff person.

Room size are good. Good enough for solo traveler. Location was convenient. Though I used ride sharing apps. Breakfast was decent. Coffee was good.
relatively stay was good. at first glance the reception manager seems bit harsh or straight forward. Thats maybe because he was tired. He was friendly after a couple of meetings.

easy check in and checkout, easy to park in the street
Staff was very unfriendly, TV in the room was not working and when I pointed out about the TV issue the answer was “it is what is, if you don’t like it you are free to go to another hotel, but no refunds will be issued”. All the other interactions with staff were disappointing. Generally, the staff acted like this is a shelter or refuge lodging provided for free in which people can use at their own risk, but I paid over 200€ per night to stay there )almost 500€ with the fees for only two nights)…

I was allowed to leave my bags for several hours before check in.
The customer service given by the 2 young women who worked at the desk was poor. The first night I stayed, I didn't check my room number. When I came back after dinner, I asked one of them for my room number. She asked my name, checked the register and still managed to give me the wrong number. The room was on an entirely different floor.
I asked the other woman for a coffee. It was very early in the morning so no other guests were waiting for help. She appeared to feel imposed upon by my in request.
My room was not cleaned after my first night. Maybe I needed to specifically reserve cleaning, but that was not explained to me.

Breakfast was very nice and staff in general very friendly. Location was quite good because well connected with team and bus
Only night staff - external company - barely spoke any German and not familiar with regular issues and how to handle them (e.g. cleaning policy or preparation of a receipt within two days). My room was not cleaned when I arrived back at the hotel at midnight. Staff told me they forgot to clean the room. Next morning at the reception I was told rooms are only cleaned every third day (!!!!) except for when you require it explicitly. I did not find this info anywhere in my room, or in booking and was also not told that. I am paying full service but not getting it. Very disappointing to be fair. Also no luggage storage room due to space issues which is understandable but luggage will be standing in the lobby open until you pick it up again. Just not convenient if you have valuables with you.

I always like city hotels, this hotel could be one of the best I had. Some small details make you feel better than other hotels that I won't mentioned here the names. I think I see the difference of the Wyndham group hotels.
No parking problem. Accessibility is perfect, you won't get in to trafficy areas.
