Slippers, a coffee maker, and a kettle weren't in the room. They were provided upon request. The ad stated that these weren't necessary and were included. The bathroom and toilet shared a door. So, you either used the bathroom or the toilet.

Location. Good breakfast. Could eat on walking distance. Nice room. Especially for family, there were 2 twin beds. Air-conditioning.

The breakfast is one of the best breakfasts I have ever had in a hotel of this price range
Parking is cheaper than other places
Cancellation policy is fantastic
Didn’t like that the toilet and shower room were separated. Normally it is not a problem but the there should be a sink in the toilet as well.

Spacious and clean. Good communication and helpful staff. They offer parking in the garage for 16euro/night, or you can park for free on the street behind the hotel
The bed sheets and blankets were not of good quality and were slightly worn. The refrigerator didn't work.

Nothing. We changed dates so they gave us the one next door. The business version. It's dated, the ac doesn't work and you had to beg them to open a window.
Management lost our medication that we entrusted them to place in the fridge since the fridges in the rooms don't work. One of the cleaners looked to help us find it in the bar fridge. Otherwise management was stating that they gave it to someone else by accident. And when pressed they changed that story too.

Cleanness, room was quite comfy, breakfast was perfect (to be honest, I did not expect that, but it certianly exceeds my expectation!)
We were waiting for about 30 mins to be checked in. After a very long trip by car it was not that pleasant. There was only one person for check-in at a desk this time, so it was that slowly.

Rather nice hotel, location is normal for that price, tram station is nearby; rather clean and comfortable. We could leave our belongings before check in and after check out
The reservation system was not working, when we aarived. First time face that kind of situation, we were waiting for almost TWO HOURS to get our room. I am not sure, what can be done in such situation, we left our belongongs and go for lunch to the cafe nearby, but it was really strange. Next morning we also saw a couple on the reception, who were facing the same problem. Since hotel is located not in the centre, we were not sure, that we will return early enough to make a check-in, so, it is the seriuos factor to pay attention for
