It was very clean! Pretty close to tram and bus (5 min walk). Felt safe. Has luggage storage.
The AC didn’t work, and opening the windows ended up letting a bee in because no insect screen

Room was spacious and clean but not soundproof so I could hear the kids in the next room crying at 111pm.

Location is not the worst but takes time to get to downtown

Good location, close to the center but quiet area, easy to park. Friendly staff that upgraded us to a better room. Hot shower with good pressure. And check out at 12. Everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Was not clean, room service not cleaning good and using same Matters and other covers . A/C not working good and room temperature was hot . No water boiler . No landline telephone. Staff are not friendly

Breakfast was tasty, the rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable. Although it is near the airport, there are also some nice things nearby, like a wildflower field, a forest walk to a country-style restaurant, and a large grocery. Getting there from the airport by train was super easy.
I thought they had access to washing machines, and they used to have a contract with another hotel to let guests use the coin-operated machines, but that is no longer permitted. The beds were also a bit too hard for our taste.

Breakfast is served in the building next door. However it’s absolutely wonderful with a wide variety of options. The family rooms are spacious and very comfortable. We truly enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

The beds are super comfortable and the room was big and really nice. The value for the price you pay is top. The breakfast was also good. I will return for sure.
I missed a bit of more fruit on the breakfast, but the rest of things were very tasty.
