Central location and beautiful renovation. Wonderful service and drinks and food at the bar. Rooms were stunningly comfortable. Nice robes, beds and baths.
Our rooms were too far away from the elevator and too far away from each other as we were staying with my elderly mother. I wish there was a coffee and breakfast area. Needs a welcoming or convenient place for a quick breakfast or snack.

A beautiful hotel in a convenient location
Upon check in we were informed that one of the rooms we had paid for, with the no cancellation policy, had been cancelled despite the hotel telling me we would have the room. I showed them the email from mgmt. and they refused to honor their contract!

Location was close to shopping and Octoberfest; accommodation was comfortable, front desk staff were very accommodating in booking us an additional night when our flight got cancelled (and gave us the lower room rate that we requested without making us move rooms). Great breakfast and fantastic drinks at bar.
No outlets on one side of bed, odd bathroom layout with one door to share between shower and toilet

The staff were amazing, they went above and beyond to make sure everything was ready. We had 2 babies with us, so we had everything ready to go.
The breakfast was unbelievable. Almost anything you wanted was available. Excellent staff all round.
Close proximity to amenities, public transport and main town.
Had to pay for parking.
