Disappointing
The facilities were not of 5 star. The housekeeping is not good. They marketed to upgrade our room. Breakfast/dining is so congested like we were literally sitting next to each other.. the staff were not customer friendly. For first two days they came to turn down the bed then they did not show their face. We asked for cutlery for that also they are charging. The list goes on. The stay is not even half the money worth.

Great room with modern amenities. Quiet and comfortable. Right next to the train station which is a must if you are traveling to more than one location in Europe. Walking distance to Theresienwiese for Oktoberfest. Desk staff were very friendly as well as the bar tenders!

Comfortable beds
reception staff are quite brusque. Check-in the guy couldn't find my booking initially.
Next day i asked for a 30 minute extension for check-out and the receptionist immediately said No. Then he looked and agreed that I could expend. Maybe start by saying, "Let me look for you sir", not No.

Outstanding hotel, great swimming pool. Quiet rooms with comfy mattress and pillows. Great breakfast.
Hotel is right by central station. A lot of construction ? so it is hard to navigate. Area does not feel safe at night.

Hotel is in a great location. Easy to downtown Munich and all transportation. Great staff, breakfast and hotel bar. Nice pool as well. All around great stay.
Some confusion with our reservation and payment. Once clarified, the problem was solved quickly and efficiently.

What I liked about the hotel is that it was in the center of it All, with easy access to everything from to metro,, stores and the plaza.. Everything is walking distance.
It was raining a lot while we were there. And there were tons of buckets throughout the lobbies, because there were leaks in the ceiling. My biggest problem was there was no air conditioner in the room. Although if they advertise air conditioner, there's no way to control it. We arrive. It was really late and I couldn't get to bed until one in the morning and at that time My room was so hot, it was unbearable.I had to call someone from the front desk to come and look at it and eventually it cooled off a little bit but it was very uncomfortable. The from desk offered to move me but it was about one thirty.I wasn't about to start packing all my stuff to move again. They should really upkeep their rooms with the air conditioner and allow the clients to control the thermostat.
