No need for a see-through bathroom. So much glass and tile makes the bathroom quite an echo chamber and not very private. Electrical switches make absolutely no sense.

The hotel was beautiful, the staff very helpful and welcoming, the hotel restaurant was delicious, the lobby bar was very good, the breakfast was incredible! Options galore and all the food was very good. The hotel is located right next door to the train station so very easy access to the trains but you did not hear the noise from the trains.
I wish there were plugs or phone chargers on either side of the bed. The plug/charging port was across the room. I wish the bathroom had more privacy from the rest of the room.

The hotel is beautiful and very well located — right next to the main train station and within easy reach of the city center. The staff were consistently polite, helpful, and understanding. The facilities were excellent, and the room was very comfortable and well-designed.
The only minor issue I noticed was during breakfast. The glass I used had a slight odor (possibly from the dishwasher), and the second one I tried was similar. It may have been a one-off situation, but it affected my breakfast experience a bit.

Matrass of bed was quite hard and not comfortable.
We were surprised to have 2 single beds put together while we booked the room for two people. When we pointed this out at the checkout their simple answer was that usually guests ask the hotel to get a 'normal' 2-person bed. We thought this would be actually normal in a Deluxe room for two people to have.

Location, spa, staff
Key system was down when I checked in. The room had coffee grounds or residue on the table, the safe did not work, and television converter was temperamental, and when I tried to take a show the first night, there was no shampoo or body wash in the containers. The next morning, the house manager was appropriately apologetic and spoke, I am sure to the cleaning staff. The safe was never operational. On check out, the said there was a mini bar charge, but that wasn’t mine. (They took it off the bill.) I imagine is was from the previous occupants, and the cleaning staff never did the count or replenished the soap, etc.

the Staff they where excellent each and everyone of them went our of their way to make sure anything that was needed was taken care of immediately
The location right next to the Hauptbahnhof of Munich was excellent

Three times issues with opening the door of the room...was fixed after the third time....
unfortunately there are a lot of maintenance issues in the room...also no windows to open and heat blowing hot air even when putting the temperature at lowest setting....which resulted in not good sleep quality

The pool is interesting and the hotel tries to keep an aspect of modernity
Rooms even the luxury ones are extremely small with the bathroom in the room separated by a glass. You can see and hear everything. The rooms are extremely small and crowded by any standards . The location is dubious. The staff is rude. Toilet clogged and they didn’t have a plunger … offering to change the room at midnight.

The ambiance of the hotel and the classic frontage was very appealing. The proximity (less than 2 minutes of walking) to the Central Railway Station was outstanding, considering we were taking the train to Berlin from Munich. Level of service was consistent. The comfort extended by the property was satisfactory. Our booking came with the breakfast. The breakfast spread was good, although our dietary requirements were not met and managed with options that we could consume.
The temperature in the room could have been managed better. We felt overtly cold in the room, whereas the common area of the property was warm. Good Restaurant options around the property are limited.

The hotel was extremely nice and located a short walk from everything. Additionally, having on site parking is always a plus in Europe!

Great room with modern amenities. Quiet and comfortable. Right next to the train station which is a must if you are traveling to more than one location in Europe. Walking distance to Theresienwiese for Oktoberfest. Desk staff were very friendly as well as the bar tenders!
