The hotel was very nice. The bed was comfortable, and the room felt clean when I arrived. The bathroom was spacious and so was the room for one person.
You could hear absolutely everything. My room was right off the lobby and I felt as though I was sleeping directly inside the lobby. That was extremely unpleasant. I also noticed that everytime I flushed the toilet it smelled so bad which is quiet disgusting. I did not like how the entire bathroom would be wet after a single shower. Made it musty and slippery. Also had to take multiple types of public transportation to even get to Oktoberfest and or downtown Munich.

I was going to give this hotel a much better rating, but unfortunately after we checked out, I realized later that day, that I had left my tablet behind. I contacted the hotel as soon as I realized, and Adis who worked reception, said he would check. He came back saying nothing was found. I definitely left it there, and I KNOW! I asked him to recheck the safe and bed area, as I had a feeling it may have got covered up by the sheets. He said he would recheck in the morning, as he was gone now. I reached out repeatedly the next morning, as I was very very anxious, with no response. Finally I get an email ( not a call or text) to say the staff checked all over, even under the mattress, and nothing was found. As that was the last place it was Tracked, I found that Very, Very Disappointing. The room should have been cleaned and bedding changed after we checked out...Hmmm nothing found???? Yes, sadly I left it behind, but I worked in a business where clients accidentally left items behind. We made every effort to return these items and Not Keep Them! Unfortunately I trust people ( especially employees in an established) to turn items in that have been left. My tablet certainly doesn't have legs of it own and can walk away. Maybe whoever took it will think twice the next time. I will thank Adis for his efforts. But again VERY, VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!

Good location. Quiet and peaceful environment. Decent breakfast. Receptionist was quite responsive.
Rooms and washrooms are very small. Washrooms have bad odour probably due to sewerage system which needs improvement.

Everything was alright inside and out. The location of the hotel was excellent: far away from the city center, with free parking spaces, and 2 lakes nearby where I could jog in the mornings.
Behind the building is an industrial site for working machines, like construction diggers and excavators, and they move around during the day, so it can be noisy if you have rear windows.

Far from anything. Advertising airport shuttle and charging 70 Euros for the ride. Rooms are small with no AC or ventilation.. The check-in device was not functioning and nobody was there for a while at the office.
