The staff was super friendly and trustworthy. We left our luggage with them for 6 hours before check-in while we toured the city and for another 6 hours after we checked out before traveling to another city. It felt great being able to trust them.

How friendly the staff were. Every single member of the team was outstanding. Friendly, attentive, always acknowledging me whenever I entered the the bar and reception area. I felt completely at home and looked after. Great over head shower. Loved that.
Room size, I would have liked something a bit bigger.
