The location of the hotel is really central. Usefull for short visits :)
The room they gave us looked old, and the bathroom not that clean - some yellow spots in the shower as well as the toilet.
We had also problems with the breakfast, as they charged us the double breakfast for two days even though we just asked for one. The stay itself is very automatic and the contact with the staff is minimum, also at the check out, so I just realized it because I am the person checking every receipt I get in my email.
Anyway the money was refunded but it was a bit of a hustle per email and telephone — the things no one need.

I was happy to return and see many familiar faces from my previous visits to the Ruby in Munich and in Amsterdam, top of this list is certainly the professional, competent, and always cheerful and effervescent Sarah, as well as Sanja, Anilla, and Rollo, and others whose names I have forgotten.
The retention of long-term staff is probably underrated as an indication of the quality of an establishment, and when I - and certainly other travellers, are greeted by familiar faces, I am reassured about the quality of the hotel.
The location is perfect for walking all over Munich, but far enough from the centre that the hotel isn’t inundated with wandering tourists.
No complaints - other than the absence of some of the previous staff like Esteban, Ihan, and Äska.

The staff were really helpful and friendly.
The position is handy walking distance to the railway and shops and has a tram stop directly out the front.
No tea and coffee making facilities in the room, instead a "communal" area is offered which was always out of cups. It is not always convenient to leave your room for a drink. This communal area made felt a little like we were at a "back packers" hostel. The bed linen did not fit the bed. Two single bed duvets on a queen bed is very uncomfortable. The reasoning is that the duvets fit better in the washing machines. When travelling, comfortable beds are most important.

nice room, great breakfast, and the library is a good place to get some work done. The staff was also very nice. The day I arrived, after an overnight flight, there was an after office party in the lobby of the hotel, but it didn't bother me at all. I could barely hear the music in my room and had no problem falling and staying asleep.

Wow room - bright room with a big bathroom (shower-room). Nice to have an openable window available too. Coffee, tea & instant hot water in the "service room" on our hotel corridor. Reception with a cool bar area - nice atmosphere. Good idea to offer bar voucher in return for not taking room-cleaning during the stay.

The hotel was super fun and upbeat. Our room was clean and well appointed. Loved the vibe downstairs especially the DJ sets!
Room was a bit poky and navigating the bathroom/toilet set up was a bit of a mission.

Everything was perfect! The accommodation was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. The hosts were friendly and helpful, the location was great, and the overall experience exceeded expectations. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!
