Loved the location! It was in a less busy area, but walkable and easily accessible using public transportation. The staff is always so friendly. Everything was incredibly clean, and the bar downstairs had a great vibe. They had tea and coffee available all day, and offered a free drink at the bar for each person if you skipped room service for more than one night stay! Their rooftop area is nice to eat dinner or chill at the end of the day. This is our second time at a Ruby Hotel and we will definitely be back.

The 24 hour area on our floor that had the kitchen with tea and coffee. The hotel is trying hard to be trendy and succeeding.
I know it was during Oktoberfest and all the prices were up but it was a still a little pricey for what it was. Also, I thought that $26 USD per person for breakfast was a little steep considering it was basically a continental breakfast with only hard boiled eggs.

I didn't like that when I called the hotel staff number I got a person on the phone who seemed very curt. No "Hello, how may I help you?". And, this person didn't do anything to help and told me to go downstairs to the bar and sort it out myself which defeated the purpose of me calling over the phone (I wanted to stay in bed because I was exhausted from traveling and working for 2 weeks). I ended up going downstairs and sorting out the late check-out with the friendly staff at the bar. But, whoever is handling your customer service over the phone could use some training and should be able to help a customer out with a simple late check-out request IMO. Maybe they were having a bad day? Just didn't feel professional. The shower flooded very easily. I'd recommend checking into cleaning drains more often.

Location is nice but not on the very centre of the city. Breakfast was not included so cant say anything on that. Facilities were clean and very cozy.
The parking hall is a labyrinth and you need to visit the bar first to get access. There are no places to park to go into the bar for the access.

The bed was comfortable.
No amenities - no fridge, toiletries, coffee, actual service. This is a budget hotel masking as luxury. Woke message with single use cups and plastics. The rooms have a very strange configuration with the toilet a metre away from the bed. The bathroom setup is the strangest I have seen - opaque glass in the toilet through which you can see your travelling companion, and the toilet opens directly into the shower - both small cubicles. No privacy whatsoever. Basin etc outside that.
