Cleaning service they didnt clean the floors and the minibar were not free not even a water bottle because if you pay so much price for such a room at least a minibar should be free

Different, not the typical hotel atmosphere
Hotel is a bit dated needs some renovation to be done.
It was also quite filthy. The lift for example was very dirty when we arrived in the evening and in the same state the next morning.

I like the roomers normally. This time there was a party and the room I was booked in was actually vibrating due to the loud music. In the end I only slept 2 hours. very positive I was given a discount on the room rate as I had called during the night to already address this issue. I would come again but definitly not stay on the 1st or 2nd floor again as it's too close to the bar and club.

Stylish place with good service and a comfy bed.
The restaurant experience was not so great. It was too loud and there was some kind of alarm coming from the kitchen twice. Instead of addressing this they just turned up the music thinking that will distract people. However, it just made conversations impossible and people had to shout at each other.

Design of the whole Hotel is exceptional, modern and light, lot of positive surprises. Exceptinal SPA with 2 saunas. Pleasant staff.

The styling, the location, friendly staff. The restaurant food was stunning and we were greeted excellently, our car parked for us and a glass of Prosecco to sip on while we checked in
