rooms were nice
oveall the building and surroundings arent nice, but it would be ok. Honestly only reason I booked this hotel was the EV car charger, which they claim on booking they have, but indeed they dont have it. I dont understand why it says you can charge your car if not. Very annoying

Nice gym and spa. Guys working at the bar, club and restaurant were great!
Uncomfortable beds, like sleeping on the floor. I extended a room before knowing that, otherwise i would never extend. They wanted to kick us out of the room because they were not informed i extended the room. Literally sending a bouncer to tell us to get out. I went to reception to complain and girl there laughed saying well of course check out is long time ago. Till she saw i extended the room and switched her attitude. So unprofessional behavior and so rude! Room service doesn’t work till 12 so forget about ordering breakfast to the room, coffee or anything else on the room before. Also first 3 days they didn’t clean our room, till i started complaining so after they were cleaning it. We stayed 6 nights. Never staying here again!

Prices off the chart for the type of hotel. 60€ room service 1 hamburger with fries and two water bottles. Not even at four seasons

The rooms are nicely decorated and stylish. The beds are comfortable and the pillars are good.
The staff was not very friendly and in general it seems everybody was in a hurry. It was very packed in the lobby at all times, everything was set up for the Oktoberfest and the VIPs so we as regular guests did not feel very welcome or looked after. There was no hairdryer in the room, the staff at the bar was not very welcoming although we were hotel guests.

Very nice design and Lu emu and great friendly staff. Would stay again.
Has many kinks to work out with the light switching and access switches to switches and them being on at night and waking you when you turned and the light was in your face. Also the access to the curtains to opens en close them behind the bed. Also only one chair in a. 2 person room??
