The Charles Hotel is truly a wonderful place to stay when visiting Munich.
1. Staff: Every single staff member we met was exceptionally kind and respectful — it really made us feel welcome. A special shout-out to Isabela at the front desk, who went above and beyond to make our check-in smooth and stress-free, even arranging our room early before the official check-in time.

They have good swimming pool but the kids can use up to 4 pm.
In front of a hotel there is very good park but you can't be comfortable there.

The hotel was close to Munich’s old town, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful, and the beds were wonderfully comfortable.

It was convenient to use hotel parking lot. The elevator takes you directly from the parking garage to the room floor. A gentleman who works the front door from Sri Lanka was very nice and provided us with great details of surrounding places to go to.
One of the first thing I do when I enter the hotel room is check the bathroom. The bathroom has urine on the side of the toilet and at the edge of the tile between the floor and the wall.
Also, we left in the morning and came back to find the maid in the room at 3pm and the room hasn't been made up yet. We told her to come back in 30 minutes and we took off for a walk. The F1 collection toy left in the bathtub was lost after we came back to the room. Lack of urgency was observed throughout the whole process.
At this price point, the variety for breakfast should be more than what is currently serving. At the same price point, Anantara Phuket in Thailand has way better breakfast option.

The hotel was in an excellent location
They have mix emotion you see them talk to them very friendly in your back they are evel I was over charged three times and talk to them they remove the charges then some one else in the evening return the charge
