Location and friendly staff. Very clean and free coffee downstairs.
Room on 5th floor was quite small. Door of bathroom hit off bed when open.

The staff, the rooms, the facilities, location near the centre station.
Near the hotel a lot of adult clubs so there a lot of noise from the street.

The location is good and walking distance to most places of interest. The hotel and room are super clean. The size of the room is good. The hotel staff are helpful and friendly. Would recommend and stay again.

The bathroom design: The door to the toilet is not a door that closes- its in the middle of the room and and there is no ventilation or sound barrier- so pick your travel buddy carefully

Room was spacious and clean. Comfortable bed. Staff excellent. Close 100m walk from an exit from the Munich Hauptbahnhof. I would recommend to stay here.
The area surrounding the hotel was busy, but I felt safe walking to and from the hotel.
