Staff was good. Room was clean. Beds were fairly comfy.
Music blasting most of the night, both nights we stayed. Noisy downtown all day and night. Requested twin room, but hotel had booked a single bed. They corrected, but it was their Accessible room, which meant a wet bath, so the shower got water everywhere.

Wonderful
I really appreciated the amenities. Hotels today have cut down on things so it was pleasant to see a mini bar, house slippers etc provided in the room. It was also a comfy bed and very clean bathroom. The location is central and convenient.
There are strip clubs etc in the area. So something to consider if that makes you uncomfortable.

Christine from the front desk/reception, was simply great and helped us a lot. The hotel is cozy and located 8 minutes walk from karlsplatz.
The area /location is not the nicest.
The first room we got had a heating problem and an uncomfortable bed. Christina helped us, we moved to another room and had a better bed and heat

Staff were amazing and the rooms provided us with everything we needed. For relatively small rooms, the bathrooms were quite large, well designed and equipped. Very close to the central station, which was one of the reasons we chose the hotel. Overall, a very good experience.
Although the windows were possibly triple glazed, I could still hear the noise from the street during the night. Having said that, it could have been much worse than it was.

good location to get to the train station and to walk to centre of munich.
We used their luggage storage facility while we explored munich for the day.
Clean and comfortable room
The area around the train station is not that nice but the location worked well for us getting to the train station and centre of munich.
