The reception table was full of beer spill and it was spilled on the floor also, the sofa bed wasnt prepared as we checked in late they kept us waiting to prepare it, and breakfast restaurant were too hot

Exceptional
The biggest reason this hotel deserves such a high rating is undoubtedly its wonderful staff. Everyone, from the reception team to the breakfast service, was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful. It was the attention to small details that truly won us over. We were travelling with our little boy, and we were especially touched by the thoughtful gift he received — a colouring book that he happily carried around with him throughout our entire holiday. Small gestures like this really make a difference and show how much the hotel cares about its guests. Breakfast was good, with enough variety for everyone to find something they liked. Although we only stayed for one night, we had a very pleasant experience. What we will remember most is the kindness and warmth of the staff. In the end, it is the people who truly make the difference — and here, you can genuinely feel that they care about their guests.
The rooms were comfortable and pleasant. There were a few minor things that probably cannot be replaced overnight, such as a cracked induction hob. However, it was fully functional, so we did not see this as something to complain about.

Breakfast was fantastic and had a good spread. The staff were friendly and helpful. We requested for room cleaning and they complied. We found the room size a bit small but it had all amenities required. The complimentary water and coffe/tea station was very thoughtful. We loved the chocolate provided in the room on the first day. Location is on the quieter side albeit and few minutes away from bus/tram stop.

aircondition did not work properly windows do not close properly - noise coming through rooms need a bit of maintenance (hinges, shower door opens slightly, kitchen cupboard skew, wifi was quite poor and 9 euros per day for an improved version is rather a lot

Location is close to the Munchen Ost station with easy access to the airport. Staff on the Courtyard side were friendly, staff on the Residence Inn side were impartial. Breakfast was good with lots of variety and good execution, however the least pleasant staff we have encountered at a Hotel Breakfast buffet in a long time.
Probably the least comfortable hotel stay we experienced in our entire time in Europe. It is advertised as having air conditioning but this was woefully inadequate. Even with the AC set to maximum cold (we even got one of the hotel staff to come and check) the temperature in the room was consistently 25-27celcius. The staff provided a fan to compensate, but it was the oldest, loudest, rattliest thing we have seen. It was like sleeping next to a diesel tractor. We had the worst sleep we have had throughout our 3 night stay, and frankly we have had more comfortable stays in third world countries compared to here. Not at all what we would expect from a Marriot Group Hotel.
