Great location, good and generous breakfast with plenty of Bavarian specaities. Spacious room, comfortable bed. Very nice staff. Free water and coffee in reception.
Had to chase up housekeeping. Air conditioning in room not efficient so very hot without windows open. Dirty outside garden.

Very disappointing experience. We reserved a room for 2 adults and 3 children. The hotel website states that only children over 12 years old are considered adults, and all of our children are under 12. Based on this, we understood that our reservation was valid. Upon arrival, we were checked in without any problem and given our room cards. However, shortly afterward, another reception manager stopped us and said that we exceeded the maximum occupancy of the room, which was limited to 4 people. This was never made clear during the booking process. What was clearly stated on the website was only the policy regarding children and adults. We had also emailed the hotel in advance to inform them that we were traveling with children, and we were told that everything was fine. Despite this, once we arrived they insisted that we book and pay for an additional room. They also refused to cancel or refund our reservation, claiming that because we booked through Booking.com, they could do nothing. After a long and exhausting trip, we were left with no real choice: either leave the hotel or pay for another room. We felt pressured into an unfair situation at the worst possible moment. This stressful and poorly handled experience is the reason for my low rating. I would not recommend this hotel.

The kitchenette in the room was well-equipped, and the room itself was comfortable and spacious. The hotel also has a playroom for kids and a fitness room, which was a nice bonus. Various cafés and restaurants are within walking distance, and there are several public transportation options close by if one is planning to explore the city.
The temperature in the kids' playroom was quite high. Perhaps the air conditioner wasn't working or something similar. However, the overall experience of staying at this hotel was pleasant.

Nothing bad to say about this place, super nice and comfy rooms, staff was super kind and helpful, the breakfast buffet was one of the best I have had, and they had free water and coffee at reception all day plus a small fitness room! Plus the main east station is just a 10-min walk away!
