Tram and city noise. You have to go to reception for fetch water. Breakfast menu was same for consecutive days.

Rooms were reasonably spacious. Staff was helpful and quickly brought spare set of bed linen for sofa once we've suddenly realized that two teenage boys do not want to sleep in double bed. :) Tip: The garage has height limit of 2.1 meters - so if you come in a bigger van or with a ski box, you'll be looking for a parking somewhere outside.
Air conditioning works only for heating during the winter (even has little label saying so), and we were not able to make it cool enough - so we ended up sleeping with a window half-open. Luckily our windows looked to the courtyard and the neighbourhood is really quiet. Garage height limit should be mentioned in parking description and FAQ section.
