The location is great. Directly right next to metro station.
There was mold in the shower. The room in general was not properly cleaned. Most noticable were spider webs on the ceiling.

Away from the craziness of Oktoberfest
The staff. We had a suite with four guests. 4 night stay and every day we had to request towels because they would only leave 2. It was such a hassle. Then the house keeping staff would leave toilet paper and Kleenex empty. On vacation with 4 women we didn’t want to deal with additional stress in the room it was disappointing service

Only staff, they are very helpful.
The rooms are very modest and not as clean as expected, I saw insects in the room.
Cleaning is done on request on line, Food service is not available in the room until evening, There is no drinking water as complimentary , Coffee and tea are not automatically added to the rooms as complimentary.
The hotel is far from the city and there are no nearby restaurants, except a small supermarket. the rooms and services do not match the high price of the hotel.

Location of the hotel is close to the center
Room smelly, dirty and poorly maintained. Hair all over the bathroom and wet floor caused bad smell in the room. The wall of the windows and bathroom are covered with fungus

Nothing everything was low expectations there is no one to carry our luggage the rooms has poor AC and the rooms was not in good condition.
When I asked for interconnected rooms they provided me but the other room was king size and the third bed was like a jail bed very bad condition also the bathroom cynic was flooded when I asked for maintenance they ignored me.

Wonderful
Clean and well-appointed rooms, friendly and helpful staff, and a convenient location near the U-Bahn station and close to the English Garden Park. Also, easy transfer from the airport with the Lufthansa Express bus.
