Great stay! The hotel was very clean, well organized, and in a perfect location close to the tram and public transport. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back again.

- very clean bathrooms,
- no need to communicate with staff
- shared kitchen (that i was not using, but it's really nice to see)
- poor air quality in my room when i checked in, but solvable with windows open
- loud from outside the building
- a bit confusing check-in information

location was easy to go also at nice neighborhood, quite one. Entering the room was manuel (keybox) which i like. TV was old and nearly impossible to watch if you have this kind of expectations this is not good for you. In the room we had mugs, plates and other stuff for kitchen. heating was good.

Location was great, clean, convenient check in. The room was quite spacious. Beds were ok, could be a bit better.
Walls between rooms were not securely isolated, could hear the neighbors talking. Also my room was facing towards the streets, so it was a bit loud.

Thank you for giving me a quiet room for the week. It is so important to get some peace and quiet.
It is a great location for inner city transport despite the S-Bahn outages/maintenance
The cold weather snap (Cold weather for Greenland & Iceland) brought in a winter like conditions.
