The property is clean and close to attractions.
The light switches in the room were strange. They didn’t switch the lights off. Sometimes the lights were off and then turned on.

Amazing location right near all the top attractions and restaurants. Comfortable spacious rooms, and really lovely and helpful staff.
The only thing is that the duvets aren’t wide enough - they don’t hang over the side of the bed at all. With two people in the bed, someone is always having the covers pulled off of them.

The Platzl is the best hotel in Munich. The staff, especially Peter, are generous with their time and know,edge. Room was excellent. Great beds! Breakfast is fantastic. And, the location is perfect for your stay in Old Town. Great restaurants within a five minute walk. Marienplatz station is only 5 minutes away. This will be our go to in Munich.

Comfortable beds and great walk-in closet to keep things organized and out of the way. Beautiful spa area with steam room and sauna options. The breakfast was outstanding! The make your own fresh squeezed juice bar was a special treat!

Good location for Old town Munich. Front desk personnel were friendly. Lots of restaurants near by.
Kinda pricey and breakfast was expensive. No coffee available until restaurant opened at 7:00 am. Taxi reservation when departing was a no-show.

The hotel offered a great and varied breakfast. The location of the hotel is amazing. it is in the heart of Munchen, next to the central square and close to many thing worth seeing.
