Great location in the centre of Munich old town. Walking distance to the Marienplatz. Easily accessible by train. Rooms were good size. Staff were friendly. Gym/sauna and wellness centre were good places to go after a day out. Some noise at night as the beer hall is across the road but noise restrictions mean it’s not too loud after 10pm. Pillows initially very soft but able to select firm pillows from pillow menu. Didn’t do breakfast as was quite expensive so unable to comment.
Some noise at night depending on the room location. But does get quiet after 10pm.

Excellent bathroom with shower door that closed so water did not go all over the floor with rain head outlet. Good location to old town and one block from Hofbrau House. Refrigerator in room.
Sheets didn’t fit bed, so every time you roll over they bunch up under you, making the bed lumpy. Room is small but that’s normal for most European hotels.

Location and staff were fantastic - reception staff were very helpful and very friendly. Housekeeping kept the room clean and tidy every day. Bar staff were very nice.
The room was very compact, bed was petite and mattress somewhat dated. The duvet on the bed was too small for a couple.

Very comfortable bed, pillows. Room was a nice size. The facility is lovely and the staff are all wonderful. Very helpful to have convenient paid parking in that area of the city for the stay.
While it wasn’t something we didn’t like and it didn’t bother us, it is adjacent to some rowdy and festive beer halls and so the noise may be bothersome to light sleepers. Maybe just request a room away from that side of the hotel??

Decor was fabulous, our suite in particular was wonderfully designed. The location is amazing and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.
We were charged €4.50 for a bottle of tap water in the bar which we thought was ridiculous as you can drink the water in the bedrooms and there was free water available in reception. The lights weren’t working in the showers in the wellness centre on the fifth floor.

Nice interior, very quiet inside even in the busy bustling city outside. Nice Cafe on the ground floor. Excellent coffee and sandwiches.
The shower in our room was a.bit tricky since the temperature kept cycling up and down. A bit silly that we didn't mention it straight away, it was fixable

Location of the hotel is excellent, less than 5 minutes from Marienplatz. The hotel staff are very helpful and friendly, the breakfast buffet was excellent. This is a really beautiful hotel and we would definitely stay here again if visiting Munich.
