Decor was fabulous, our suite in particular was wonderfully designed. The location is amazing and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.
We were charged €4.50 for a bottle of tap water in the bar which we thought was ridiculous as you can drink the water in the bedrooms and there was free water available in reception.
The lights weren’t working in the showers in the wellness centre on the fifth floor.

Nice interior, very quiet inside even in the busy bustling city outside. Nice Cafe on the ground floor. Excellent coffee and sandwiches.
The shower in our room was a.bit tricky since the temperature kept cycling up and down. A bit silly that we didn't mention it straight away, it was fixable

Location of the hotel is excellent, less than 5 minutes from Marienplatz. The hotel staff are very helpful and friendly, the breakfast buffet was excellent. This is a really beautiful hotel and we would definitely stay here again if visiting Munich.

This is the perfect location out of any hotel in Munich. Walking distance to everything, clean and modern hotel, friendly staff, nice amenities, and comfortable hotel room. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location!! Within walking distance to everything including Marienplatz.
The staff does not seem too friendly. We stayed 4 nights 2 rooms on the 4th floor for 4 people. My husband kept on saying there is something wrong with the air quality of the hotel since his allergy started the day we checked in the hotel. We did not realize rooms across us are being renovated. Due to the smell, it caused my husband's allergy and daughter's asthma to trigger. The Hotel should not assign guests to rooms where the renovations are being done due to health safety reasons. Since this is our first stop for our vacation and we were pretty excited to tour the area, luckily we were mostly out of the hotel and did not really pay attention until we saw some hotel rooms across us cracked open for renovations on our last day. We informed the front desk about our concern, and they don't seem to care!! They said we should have told them!! It is the hotels responsibility to inform guests of any renovation or construction!!! So if you plan to stay in this hotel, make sure you do not get to assign a room close to renovation.

Location
We checked into the hotel and were shocked by the condition of the room. There was a thick layer of dust everywhere — on all surfaces, under the furniture and even cobwebs in the corners. The floor and walls had visible stains that could be easily wiped off, clearly showing that no proper cleaning had been done for a long time.
After we complained, we were moved to another room — but unfortunately, the situation was exactly the same. On top of that, we found someone else’s underwear behind the curtain, presumably left by a previous guest.
For a hotel that charges around €350 per night, this level of cleanliness is completely unacceptable. we have never encountered such poor hygiene standards. A truly unpleasant experience. Not recommended.
