The location was excellent. Right in the center of everything. Walking distance (with a heavy suitcase) to the train station and tucked away in a quiet street but still so accessible to the square. My single room had a beautiful out over the rooftops.

Received a warm welcome and helpful staff members throughout stay. Room was clean with new bathrooms. Room and bathroom was well laid out with functionality in mind. The single bed was comfortable and wider than I expected so it is a large single (not very long mind you - note for those over 6ft 2). WiFi was stable and needed due to this being a work trip. Umbrella's were ready in case needed as there were light showers throughout the day. Enjoyed a wonderful selection for breakfast. Location is superb and convenient with Marienplatz station a few streets away however it is next to a famous dining/drinking location which is a little noisy at night with window open.
Even with the window closed, I could still hear the guests at the restaurant/brewery down the street - perhaps the window seal was not there/working.
