Excellent location, one block from the Marienplatz square and train station and right around the corner from Hofbräuhaus as well as many other shops and restaurants. We only had a few days in Munich so this allowed for us to maximize our time without having to take the train or an uber everywhere. The staff is extremely pleasant and helpful as well.
We loved everything about the property.

Everything. The breakfast. The bed comfort. The A/C could be handled to your own liking and need. The friendly staff. Always stay there, close to everything: Marienplatz Oper, Viktualienmarkt.
Bad smell of sewer i the bathroom destroyed the pleasure of the wonderful rainshower and the overall luxious bathroom.

Excellent location. Quiet despite the city centre location. The free minibar contained both beer and soft drinks. The room had a proper kettle (rare in Germany) rather than just a coffee maker. Friendly staff.
Beer-themed soap and body lotion didn't smell of anything - not sure I'd want to smell of beer anyway.
