The location is perfect, the hotel is very nice, and the staff are polite and helpful. We arrived early and were able to check in earlier than expected, which we really appreciated. It is in the center of Munich Old Town, and everything is nearby. I would definitely stay here again.

The location, very close to Marien Platz train station. (3 min. Walk ). Atmosphere of a totally remodeled hotel that has existed more than a hundred years. Excellent breakfast.
Everything exception I needed to borrow an electric cord for my phone and when I returned it in the morning there was a large charge on my phone in case it did not return it. I had no intentions to keep it.

Room was well located - easy walk from the train. Staff were courteous and helpful. Room was quiet and comfortable. We didn't have hotel breakfast but there was a nice little coffee shop attached to the hotel.
No real view but stay was nice.

The hotel is in an ideal location close to everything. It is very clean and comfortable and the staff are friendly and professional. We didn't eat in the restaurant but used the coffee shop which was excellent. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend to others.

This is a beautiful hotel, providing comfortable spacious rooms, a fantastic breakfast with lots of options, a cool bar area, and spa area. The hotel is located near several great restaurants including the Hofbrauhaus. Shopping and the clock tower are only a few blocks away.
