It was close to the metro station and couple stations away from our meeting spot. Generally quiet area. The staff were kind and helpful. Couple of free drinks in the fridge. Very warm room.
Small room, dirty pillows hidden under a pillow cover that was loose and would drive you crazy when the pillow kept getting out. No trash bags for the trash cans which is not hygienic. No Nespresso machine or kettle.
I have to say the noise from the repair/renovations were absolutely unbearable. I think they should’ve mentioned that when we were trying to book, we couldn’t get much of a sleep because they’d start around 8-9.
Also the air conditioner would make so much noise as if it was faulty and was about to explode.
This is not what i expected when i booked a 4 star hotel. If I knew Munich offers such low quality, I would’ve booked a 5 star hotel.

Hotel facilities were perfectly ok, beds were comfortable, there was good range of items at breakfast and the car park provided plenty of space
I would not book this hotel through Booking.com again as I received three scam WhatsApp messages asking for details of another payment card. The messages had ALL details of the booking and were quite convincing - but I still called the hotel the check. Neither Booking.com nor the hotel seemed particularly concerned about the obvious security issue.
The weather was very cold when we stayed (-7 at night) but the room was much too hot and the air-conditioning too noisy to leave on at night - so we left a window slightly open.
We would have appreciated a kettle in the room but that was not provided

Nice hotel, good connection to public transport. Clean and cozy rooms, good breakfast.
Rooms were not ready in time. Parking spots in the garage are very small.

Good hotel in a very convenient location, right across from the subway station. It’s easy to get to the city centre and other places by subway. The rooms were clean and well maintained, and the garage for our car was a nice bonus.
