Staff was great: they were personable and helpful and gave us good information, directions, and general help
We liked the location near the Ubahn and trolley: it was easy to get to the center of Munich. There were also restaurants and coffee shops nearby. We did not hear traffic outside our windows, and were also able to use the underground parking.
At the time, we thought the breakfast was pricey at 22 Euro. However, Park Hotel Laim was our first stop, and now I think we might have missed a good deal. Suggestion: find out what is included in breakfast. Might be worth doing.

Very friendly staff, right by the U subway.
Coffee machine in the room would be great. But Adam from the reception got us a kettle which was very kind of him.

Bakery & REWE nearby. U-Bahn commuter train nearby. Friendly staff. Complementary beverages & beer as a welcome! End of U5: easy to get around. If you start jogging thru the park at the U-Bahn, you'll get to BMW-Park in 2 miles or so: good & green to have a morning workout.
Aircon sometimes a little loud. Two separate beds instead of a double bed. 22 EUR for one breakfast is a little pricy.

I specifically searched for a hotel with a bathtub, and found this place on booking because the room I reserved was listed as having a bathtub, as is shown in the attached image. After checking the room and finding it only had a shower, I went to the reception and let the woman there know about this. She did nothing about it and at one point even raised her tone with me, telling me that they simply had no rooms with bathtubs. At the end they offered me a free breakfast, which seems to be their average response whenever someone has issues. The whole experience was very, very far from what is expected of a "4 star" hotel. The room was extremely noisy as well, as heavy trucks and cars pass in the avenue right next to the place, and the rooms have not been properly protected against this noise. I will never return and obviously I do not recommend this place to anyone. One of the worst experiences I've had in hotels, after traveling through many years and several places of the world.

The place looked great, the services were amazing, the room was cosy, the shower had good water pressure. I would 100% re book, and its very close to train station. One of the nicest hotels I've stayed at.
The breakfast, Im a big fan of light rice/pasta options for breakfast, more so than protein. Carbs are better for breakfast than proteins.
Needs a vending machine to buy late night beers at, I dont feel like going to the weird dodgy shop down the road for a beer when the bar is closed.

Perfect hotel . Location is amazing, you get the metro station at just 100 meters away . Room was very nice and clean. Big plus is that they have their own parking lot within the hotel , you have to pay for it though but I already knew this in advance and I was glad the car was safe.
