Wonderful
Clean, modern, well-maintained hotel with many cool amenities such as candy bar, bar/lounge, umbrella rentals, parking garage, fitness center and spa and on-site restaurant. Staff was adorable and very helpful.
Nothing really. Possibly free parking would have been nice but for the incredible price of the room that wasn’t a problem.

This hotel is very well decorated and the restaurant on the ground floor is great. There is a mini candy bar at the reception and it's lovely.

Hotel has a nice style - room was large enough - major part of hotel staff was friendly - but not all - breakfast was good - parking was good
green light at the elevator makes you looking like just died - Reception is sometimes nobody there and it takes some time to wait for a person - hotel bothers you several times with pre-online check-in (which is one time ok, but not 5 times) - it is not directly near to a metro-station to go to the city - room is too loud, if you need to leave the window open or if kids are in the neibour-room

Germany feels like a country in decline—cold, inhospitable, and increasingly rude. The culture is harsh and unfriendly, and sadly, this hotel reflects that perfectly. It felt cold, impersonal, and lacking basic hospitality. Despite paying nearly EUR 500 per night, they couldn’t even provide essentials like a kettle or an iron in the room. An iron costs EUR 30, yet they don’t have one in every room—unbelievable. When I asked for help with my luggage, they told me to get the cart from level -1 myself. Even for a simple juice or water, I had to go down and pick it up. Uniform service is meaningless when the standard is poor. A very disappointing experience.

The hotel is nice and clean. It is located in a quiet area of ​​the city, quite close to a metro station. There is also a bus stop right in front of the hotel. The breakfast is varied, the staff does their best to ensure that tourists do not miss anything.
I traveled during an extremely rainy period (not the hotel's fault). I was asked for an amount of money (guarantee). Unfortunately for me, the amount was withdrawn from the card and then returned (it was not just blocked). Since the card did not have funds in Euro, I paid a withdrawal and return fee. The location is a bit far from the city center (but there are many shops in the area).
