The room was so dirty they don’t complete 5 min cleaning the toilet is not clean and the blanket is so dirty I asked for changing many times and no one change it , and they bring it and asked me to change it alone

Location
Was asked to pay 50 euros as a deposit per room per night. Ended up paying 600 euros for three rooms / 4 nights. It wasn’t mentioned and i think its ridiculous to pay deposit per night. I have been to other hotels that would require deposit but not per room per night.

The location was good for us, there is a metro by the hotel with direct access to Munich Central. The breakfast was superb, room size was good too. It is located near a shopping small with activities for kids and restaurants -ideal for families.
The bathroom was small and the door to the shower is not the best. The floor was usually filled with water after a bath. I’ve noticed this is common with hotels so not peculiar to this one.

There are also several things I liked about the hotel:
• Its close proximity to the shopping center.
• It was near a car rental office.
• The hotel is located close to public gardens.
• The front desk staff was friendly and helpful.
• I really liked the design of the room.
There are several things that I did not like during my stay at the hotel:
• The carpet in the room was dirty.
• The housekeeper did not replace the water bottles after the first day.
• The housekeeper also did not vacuum or clean the floor properly, leaving dirt and debris behind.
• There was a dog in the neighboring room that barked most of the time. I reported this issue to the front desk, but unfortunately, no action was taken.

For shirt stays, the location was an added value close to a mall.
Mall parking availability below the hotel was also an important factor.
Rooms generally spacious.
Parking during weekend day gets filled and you need to consider this if you are planning to go out and come back.
