The interconnected rooms are ideal for families , the location is excellent Next to the mall and the underground, the staff are very friendly and helpful and flexible at check in time.
The house keeping staff are knocking the door too much at the checkout day .

When we entered the car park we saw a Novohotel parking sign and a disabled space, also signs to the entrance of the hotel, as we are in our late seventies we followed the sign which led us to around five flights of steps, which wasn't helpful as we had two overnight bags. Luckily a nice couple, helped us carry the bags. On arrival at the reception we asked if there was a elevator and the receptionist pointed us in the opposite direction from the door where we entered. We investigated and found our car parked nowhere near the elevator, we suggest they have better signage to the elevator.
