The hotel was really really clean, the rooms were super clean and bathrooms also! I choose this hotel for my family and I really feel it’s worth the value and more. All the reception staff are very very helpful and delightful! There is very big parking lot underground for €25 daily. You can easily access rien arcaden mall.
Only that I asked for early check in but when I arrived we had to wait an hour till we got 1 room:) but the lady in the reception was super super professional and lovely she gave us complimentary coffee :) also I called to ask if they can send me laundry bags however they said I had to go to the reception to get it, yet those minor issues don’t change the fact that I really enjoyed and loved the hotel.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Novotel München Messe, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience!
The reception staff were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and helpful. They went above and beyond to accommodate us. When they saw that I was traveling with children, they kindly helped us get into our room much earlier than the scheduled check-in time, which was incredibly appreciated after traveling with the kids.
They were also extremely helpful and accommodating when I requested a late check-out. Their kindness, flexibility, and genuine willingness to help truly made our stay even more enjoyable.
The location is another huge advantage — the hotel is just a 2-minute walk from Riem Arcaden shopping mall and very close to the metro station, making it extremely convenient for getting around Munich.
I am very, very happy with my stay and truly grateful to the entire team for making us feel so welcome. The hotel is absolutely worth every single euro spent on the stay!
I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Novotel München Messe to anyone visiting Munich. ❤️

We wanted a hotel next to the airport and this hotel was a good choice for that.
It was very unpleasant and unacceptable to ask for 25 euro per night to park the car when we pay for staying.

It is in a really convenient location, the design is modern.
It’s not that I didn’t like it, it’s just i find it inconvenient to go to the reception just to ask for a flat iron haha there’s no telephone in the room. But I guess, u get what u pay for.

It is cool location maybe far from down town but there big mall behind the hotel and under ground (train) 200 meters only i like the friendly way they are act specially front desk mr. Nikola he was really helpful guy and corporate
The housekeeping very very very bad the daily clean very bad they are not cleaning only changing the towels and prepping the bed also when i call the the housekeeping there is no answer two times in different days. I tried to call them no answer.!!!!!!!
