Hotel is located right next to Metro Station. We arrived from Austria around 00:45 but staff was readily available and we were allotted the room quickly. Room had all the facilities for a good night's sleep. Overall, it lived up to the Accor Brand.

Location is fantastic. The only issue was in the morning of the first day, the hot water of the entire region was down and the water was only fixed in the afternoon. Others were great.

The hotel is nice and clean. The staff were lovely, especially the Filipino girl at the reception. It is conveniently located next to a shopping mall with plenty of nearby restaurants. It is also close to the tram station.
The only downside is that it can be inconvenient when the shopping centre closes at 8 pm, although McDonald’s stays open until 10 pm. It is also quite far from the city centre.
