Great location, good breakfast!
The beds and bedding were very uncomfortable. Linen was scratchy and the pillows were small and hard- we didn’t sleep well at night. The airconditioning could not be adjusted (the room was hot) and we couldn’t open the window for cool air as it was locked.

The location of the hotel is quite good.
We had a family room, and the layout of the room was terrible and super uncomfortable. We had an extra bed for a child, so we could barely walk between the beds. They even had to remove the chair, so we had a table that we could not use.
The phone in the room did not work. The door to the next room was open, and surprisingly, we were visited by the people staying there.
SPA is just a small, overcrowded pool, where you cannot swim due to its size.
The carpet in the corridors looks like it should have been changed years ago,

The hotel has a swanky feel and is within a 15min walk to Munich's old centre with all the top attractions. The breakfast was very good quality and there was a great selection on offer. The hotel room was clean. The swimming pool was open until midnight which was good and there is a sauna (nude) which was separated into male and female. The gym was fairly small but well equipped and is for 16+yrs.
On our second morning (12th January) the lady on the breakfast greeting desk questioned us in a distrusting way which I found a bit rude. You expect to be greeted in a friendly way when you have pre-booked the expensive breakfast. Children are free for breakfast but my Son is quite tall for 13 so she obviously was suspicious and thought we were trying to get a breakfast for free. She should have privately checked with reception on guest ages after we gave her our room number. Expect better from a quality hotel.

Perfect location, 15 minutes and you are on central street with lot of shopping centers and main churches. Differ and many dishes on breakfast!
Perfect cousins, warm personal, helping every time , daily perfect room service. Hotel always is cleaned and what about spa zone, it is amazing!!!!

The breakfast was large and even when it was busy, there was always seating for our large family group. We never left hungry and really appreciated being able to take extra fruit for the day.

Location was great, right on the required tram and train lines to make it easy to navigate the city. The hotel facilities met our needs and the breakfast offering was good.
