Great location close to transit options, restaurants and shops, about 15 minute walk to center
It isn’t quite as nice as a Novotel we stayed at in a nearby city. For the same price there we also had breakfast included. The pool is very cold and there’s only one sauna. Our room was a bit small. But for the location in Munich it’s a good value.

The breakfast was not included on the stay. For a hotel like this, every stay must contain the breakfast included

Its location was somewhat close to city center
The rate was extremely high in this period with no added value whatsoever, plus the facilities at the hotel were almost not available, be it a business center, or in-room additions, or even an iron board in the room, where instead you will have to carry your clothes to an external shared room in order to iron which is not suitable at all!!

The room was a good size and the facilities were lovely. Great shower, very clean and a really comfortable bed. In terms of location, we couldn't have asked for better. Ideal for getting around, plenty of restaurants, cafes and supermarkets within walking distance and a 10 minute walk to the main tourist attractions.
The breakfast was a little expensive. The gym was quite simple and didn't have a lot of equipment.

Good
Family room had a sofa bed that was useful Good base to explore Munich. Not in the hustle and bustle of the center but not too far out. Beds were comfy but pillows a bit big.
Pool was freezing! Family room had a strange layout so it was very narrow to get into the room which wasn't ideal with a pram The crib provided was disappointing...at first we were provided with a duvet cover as a mattress. This was not flat enough for a 6 month old to safely sleep on and was too big for the footprint of the cot and rustled up at the sides. I saw another room had an actual mattress in the cot so asked for one of these to be provided instead. However this was also too big for the cot and created a ramp like effect for the baby to sleep on which also wasn't safe. Not sure how a chain hotel can't get this right!? It was a bit adhoc as to whether cups and tea would get replaced each day.
